We primarily ship orders from our U.S. warehouse.

  • U.S. Warehouse Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days

  • China Warehouse (if U.S. stock is unavailable): Estimated delivery within 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.


3. Shipping Fees

  • United States: Free shipping is available for most orders within the continental U.S.

The following regions are excluded from free shipping:

  • Hawaii

  • Alaska

  • Puerto Rico

For these regions and for international orders, shipping fees may vary. Please contact our customer support team for detailed shipping costs.


4. Tracking

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.


5. Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
