Shipping:
1. It may take 7-24 hours to process your order . Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Fees and Timing : Free shipping worldwide. We strive to deliver your order within 3-10 business days in New York time.

3. To track your order, please visit your shipping confirmation email.

YOULAI® Return Policy:

We accept returns of products that are faulty due to manufacturing or workmanship defects up to 30 days from the date of purchase, with the exception of:

  • Custom products
  • Items sold as 'final sale'
  • Bulk orders

If we send you the wrong item by mistake, we will also accept the return within 30 days of purchase.

To return a YOULAI® product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us to obtain an RGA# (Return Authorization Number) and packaging instructions.
  2. Returns will not be accepted without an RGA#.
  3. Return the product with the same level of packaging protection as originally shipped.
  4. Any repair costs to make the product re-sellable incurred by YOULAI® will not be refunded.
  5. After your returned product has been shipped, please send the shipping tracking number to our email address: support@youlaisafe.com, We will return the refund to you via the original channel within 24 hours after receiving the tracking number.
  6. Refund shipping costs will be borne by us.

Please Note: For products not purchased directly from YOULAI® but through our affiliates or other online venues, returns must be directed to the original place of purchase. Check the return policy of the affiliate as it may differ from YOULAI®’s policy.
